Great coffee thrives on strong relationships. In 2024, 85% of our coffee came from producers we’ve partnered with for at least five years, and 28% from those we’ve worked with for 15 years or more. We taught 2,834 students at our training centers, ensuring coffee’s future is in knowledgeable hands. This reflects our belief that investing in people at every level—from farm to café—creates a better coffee industry. 

Through our giving program, Bloom, we set aside 1 cent for every pound of coffee we sell to fund sustainability initiatives in cafés. With Perennial, we increase the Bloom contribution to $1 per pound! That means every box supports impactful projects that sustain coffee communities nationwide.
